I'm Williams Bowling, founder of Havenview Capital LLC and the person behind North Star Offers.
Before this, I was a financial analyst. As a Georgia Tech graduate, I built the financial models and projections behind investment decisions — figuring out what something was really worth before capital went into it. Valuing a house takes the same discipline; I just hadn't applied mine there yet.
While I was still an analyst, I started acquiring and managing rental properties of my own. I was drawn to it because I wanted my work to be tangible.
The moment that changed everything was renting out my last property. I watched the tenant move in — a family starting fresh, taking a chance — and realized the math I'd been doing wasn't just paying for a house. It was making someone's life better.
That's when I decided to do this full-time.
Today I run Havenview Capital, where we acquire, rehabilitate, and reposition residential properties across Atlanta Metro. Sellers come to us when they need a clear path out of a complicated property situation — behind on payments, an inherited house they can't keep, a place that needs more work than they have time for.
What you get from me is the same thing every time: the math, in plain English, with no pressure attached.
